Velmorahh Footwear Exchange Policy – Hassle-Free & Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size of your Velmorahh Footwear or Slippers? No worries — we make exchanges simple. Please note that only a one-time exchange is allowed.

No exchange / No returns until and unless there’s an issue with the package i.e wrong or damage

To claim any complaints unboxing video of 360 degree is mandatory.

Without that no complaints will be entertained.

If there’s any issue (visible in the video) you can send the parcel back to us and we will ship the new piece once we get the previous one. Please note pickup facility is not available. Customer will have to courier it in any case.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product.

A 360° unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim. Complaints without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

If the issue is clearly visible in the video, you may courier the product back to us. Once we receive it, we will dispatch a replacement. Please note that pickup service is not available, and the return courier charges must be borne by the customer
